Our Services

Our work takes us into schools, families and community spaces, creating opportunities for children, young people and adults to connect, create and understand themselves and one another.

From delivering creative emotional rebalancing programmes and whole-school experiences in schools, to forest-school-inspired activities in Mow Cop and community art workshops in Alsager, we use creativity, nature and shared experiences to bring people together.

We also work with parents and families, creating spaces for reflection, connection and more empathetic communication.

Wherever we work, the purpose remains the same: to create opportunities for deeper connection with ourselves, with others and with the communities we belong to.

Bespoke services to nurture emotional rebalance and connection.

We are SKY but we are not our weather.

The patterns in the sky reflect not only the balance of nature but the balance within each of us.

What if we began to see ourselves as integral parts of our environment?

WE ARE SKY brings together creative workshops, whole-school assemblies, staff training, parent engagement and nature-based experiences to build empathy, emotional understanding and connection across the whole school community.

The project currently sponsored by CHESHIRE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION helping bring meaningful creative rebalancing experiences to children in the places where they live, learn and belong.

Learning to stand with the storm

Togther, we navigate our ever-changing inner weather.

Sound to represent our inner states

No emotion is wrong. We use bespoke soundscapes inspired by the natural world to scaffold rich discussion.

Forging Space

We create space to space to find rebalance through creativity, nature, sensory experiences, sound and movement.

Evidence informed practice

Evidence and research is the foundation of our relational practice.

Connection not correction

We consider not “What's wrong with me?” but “What is happening for me, what do I need, and how can I find my way through?”

Empathy leads communication

By giving children the language, creative freedom and supportive relationships to explore their inner worlds, we empower participants to play an active, empathetic and connected role in their community.

Parenting Support + Connection

Fly in their Sky

FLY IN THEIR SKY helps families better understand children’s behaviour through a relational and compassionate lens.

This work delivered as part of the WE ARE SKY project but 1:1 sessions are also available.

New
Lens

We look beyond behaviour to understand what may be driving it.

Supportive Space

At Hub and Health, Alsager, our 1:1 sessions combine relational practice and lived parenting experience to support more connected responses.

Reset before responding

We rebuild confidence in understanding and responding to children in moments of challenge.

Building empathy

How can we scaffold safer and clearer communication?

Work in the community

Connection accessible for all.

Alongside our core programmes, Fledgling Education delivers creative workshops, outdoor and forest-school-inspired experiences, community activities and online sessions for families.
